Some non-standard or oversized items need special packaging and request a shipping quote to be fulfilled.
Not all products are eligible for international shipping but we accept shipping for most of the products. Please contact us for a quote and conditions.
Our store policy is based on the final sale for all purchases submitted online or at the store. However, it happens that for some reason the customer wants to cancel or return his purchase and we respect and understand his decision but we accept a return only under certain conditions.
1. All returns must be done within 14 days from the date of the purchase with the receipt as proof of purchase ( for printing services 2 days return is accepted only for error or defect printing from us)
2. Personalized or custom products are not accepted for return once executed.
3. Products should be returned with all packaging and with the initial conditions of the purchase.
4. All refunds are based on store credit only.
5. Fees and conditions will apply for all returns or order refund as follow :
- 20% deduction of the purchase price as a restocking fee for non-personalized items
- 10% fee deduction of the price for all personalized or custom products ordered but not executed.
- The shipping cost, if applies, will be deducted from the refund
- Any return for a shipped product needs to have authorization from customer service before proceeding to the shipping return.
- Any shipping return authorized by the shop needs to have a tracking number and be insured at the minimum of the product price. The cost of shipping a return is at the charge of the customer.
These are the general guidelines of our return policy. However, as we value our customers, and we want them to shop with confidence at Servimage Print we are open to any concern or issue about their purchases and we will be more than happy to help and find a solution for that.
Q: How can have access to the prices?
A: You need to sign up for a free membership and you can have access to all the prices.
With your membership approval, you will receive automatically a 5% Coupon for your first order.
Q: What if I didn't find what I'm looking for on the website?
A: We have up-to-date more than 15000 references in our database with 30% available for the customers and about 2500 items in the store. We e are progressively introducing the items online. We strongly encourage the customer to browse and familiarize themselves with the website as we always have new products ready to order. If you didn't find your item or looking for a custom one feel free to ask for a quote and we'll be happy to help you.
Q: I have my own item to personalize. Does Servimage Print offer this service?
A: Yes, at Servimage Print we offer this service - embroidery or engraving - in addition to personalizing our proper items for the customers. By choosing to acquire your item from our store you save more money on the service and in some cases we offer this service for free when you buy the item from the shop.
Q: I found the product I was looking for but not the exact specs I need ( Size, Qty, etc...)?
A: If you didn't find the exact specs you need about Size, Qty, colors, or other features, then you need a custom quote and the price maybe slightly higher than the standard order. You can send a request for that and we'll have a custom quote for that.
